Suggestions and Complaints

The practice will strive very hard to ensure that everyone receives high quality care, but there are times when some of you may feel aggrieved. If this is the case, please let the practice manager know immediately so that the matter can be resolved.

If you have any helpful suggestions, please put them in writing and pass them in to the reception.
