How to Register

NEW PATIENTS

To register with the practice please ask the receptionist for a registration form for each person that wishes to register.

New patients will be offered a consultation within six months of registering with the practice. All patients have the right to express a preference of a Healthcare professional, any preference expressed will be recorded and where possible we will do our best to oblige. All patients are entitled to a three yearly health check.
